Here are a few topics that we like to talk about. What else do you want to discuss around the areas of life, balance, leadership, team, or character? We would love to lead these 'conversation starters' with you. What else do you want to talk about?


What are the dynamics of being on mission or purpose? How can it make me a better leader, spouse, parent, or teammate. This conversation will unpack those areas and give practical application behind actually leading a making a positive contribution.

What value does healthy structure bring to your life or the life of an organization that you are a part of? This area focuses on the freedom that actually comes from boundaries.

What does it feel like to be intentional and thoughtful regarding your own journey? How many of us actually sit and thoughtfully plot out our journey ahead? Are we prepared when those plans don't got like we thought? Does your organization do this? This is an exciting conversation to lead because the fruit can be so substantial.

Is it even possible to live a balanced life? What do margins look like? This is a practical topic that everyone one of us wrestle with and thru.  This conversation will help you discover your own margin and hopefully encourage you as you discover practical ways to focus more on health then balance.

Imagine a collaborative model. A model where all are empowered and released to effectively lead their respective areas. Pretty nice huh? How do you get here? What needs to happen at the foundational level to make that happen?

Who am I and why do I do what I do? Okay, you have answered that question, so now what I do? These are tough questions and very real questions. Unpacking the heart and meaning behind this is a journey. A journey we would love to go on with you.
